21 Day Check-In

January 21st is a quiet milestone.

Weโ€™re ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ into the year โ€” and youโ€™ve probably heard, โ€œ21 days makes a habit.โ€
Whether that number is exact or not, today is still a mirror.

Soโ€ฆ howโ€™s the resolution going?

Be honest:

  • Are you still doing the thing you said you would?

  • Did you start strong and fade out somewhere around Day 8โ€“12?

  • Are you carrying quiet guilt because youโ€™ve already โ€œmessed upโ€?
