Reflections from
Whole Human Leadership
These reflections are part of the heart behind Whole Human Leadership, a guided leadership reflection journal created for women who are carrying responsibility, ambition, pressure, purpose, and real life all at the same time.
Whole Human Leadership is the belief that we do not become better leaders by abandoning our humanity. We become better leaders by understanding it. By paying attention to what is happening beneath the surface. By learning to lead ourselves with honesty, courage, resilience, faith, and self awareness before we try to lead everyone else well.
The reflections shared here are invitations to pause, reset, and return to yourself. Some are pulled directly from the book. Others expand on the same themes of grit, grace, presence, purpose, emotional resilience, and the inner work required to lead in the real world.
Because leadership is not just what we do in boardrooms, meetings, teams, or titles. It is how we show up in the moments no one sees. It is how we carry pressure. How we recover. How we tell the truth. How we keep becoming.
That is the work of Whole Human Leadership.
Lead with Clarity.
Live with Intention.
Lead as your Whole Self.
Lead with Clarity. Live with Intention. Lead as your Whole Self.
Whole Human Leadership
Many of these reflections below are expanded in my guided reflection journal, Whole Human Leadership, created for women learning to lead themselves with honesty, courage, resilience, and grace. You can find the book here.
